The ERBA is open to all Nations of Europe who have an interest in IRBs. Membership is free and the sole purpose of the ERBAs existence is to share best practices, develop skills and promote the use of IRBs within Volunteer Organizations throughout Europe and elsewhere.

 

We will also promote an ERBA Competition Series where hopefully member countries will host an IRB Competition in their own country for their own and other European Clubs to compete in. We are also aiming to have a European Championship in the next year or two.

 

(The SLSA Wales IRB Competition on Sept 12 & 13 will be an ERBA linked event, run by SLSA Wales and open to all Nations)

 

We also promote training and best practice meetings in member countries so that all like-minded people can get together on a regular basis on and off the water to see what happens in the other countries of Europe.

 

We operate as a fully democratic organization with member Nations voting on an annual basis for President and Secretary of the organization. We would also hope that ERBA member Nations would also elect their representative democratically.
